how to try Pilates

Call us and book your first private session. If you purchase a package of 10 or more private Pilates sessions that day, then your first session is FREE!  This is a savings of $85.00.  We are convinced you will love the way you feel just after one session!

 

It's extremely important to get a private Pilates session  because it lets our certified teachers evaluate your physical capability and design a program for you to maximize your desired fitness results.

 

After your first sessions, your instructor will help you create a Pilates program that is right for you.  For example, you can do two private sessions and one mat class or perhaps two mat classes and a private.  You can also be matched up with a partner after three private sessions to share the cost of a private session.  Please call Soma for more information and our rates.
